Church Westcote: Historic Barn Renovation

This former Cart Shed was sympathetically restored using many of the original timbers and stone tiles. The architects specified the minimal glazing systems Sky-Frame so that the large sliding doors were almost imperceptible to the eye. Spanning over ten metres, the doors feature flush thresholds and floor to ceiling glass and the four track system allows for the maximum opening width.. The Sky-Frame 2 system was coated in a carefully selected RAL colour to further minimise the visual impact of the doors system on this historic building.
